Principles Taught in God’s Word

The Principle of Right Living

James 4:8, “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your

hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.”

The Apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians 4:31, “Let all bitterness, and wrath, and

anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all

malice:”

Ephesians 4:32, “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one

another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.”

We are told in Scripture over and over the importance of living right, acting

right, and talking right.

There is an old saying that goes like this.

Your walk talks,

And your talk talks

But your walk talks

Louder than your

Talk talks.

2 Corinthians 3:2, “Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:”

People are reading our lives. That is why Jesus commanded us in Matthew

5:16, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works,

and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
