Order My Steps

 

Psalm 119:133 - Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. 

As believers we know the Lord shows us what to do through His Word.

He answers our questions and leads us step by step. God tells us in Psalm 119:105 - Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. 

 

To walk in the light, we must know the Word of God, we must spend time in His Word and meditate on it, asking for His direction.

 

Jesus said in John 8:12 - Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

 

Many folks walk in darkness because they have never heard a clear presentation of the Gospel. Jesus commanded us to let our lights shine so that others could glorify our Father in heaven.

 

Allow the Lord to order your steps in His Word.

 

Be the light, be the witness that God has called us to be by letting your light shine in a lost and dying world.
