Five Things Every Dad Should Be Guilty Of

 

1.  Guilty of Worshiping God – God used the Apostle Paul to put it this way in Acts 24:14 - But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets: 

 

2.  Guilty of Believing the Bible – We read in 2 Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 

 

3.  Guilty of Anticipating the Resurrection - Acts 24:15 - And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. 

 

4.  Guilty of Having a Clear Conscience - Act 24:16 - And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men. 

 

5.  Guilty of Giving - Act 24:17 - Now after many years I came to bring alms to my nation, and offerings. 

1 Corinthians 2:9 - But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
